The Heart Compass

Authors Note:

The Heart Compass™ was inspired by many streams of wisdom, including psychology, contemplative practice, lived experience, and teachings that recognize the interconnectedness of mind, heart, earth, and spirit.

It is my own framework for understanding human awareness, growth, and transformation. While it has been influenced by many sources of wisdom, it is not intended to represent or replace any specific Indigenous tradition, medicine wheel teaching, spiritual path, or ceremonial practice.

This work is offered with deep respect and gratitude for the wisdom keepers, teachers, and traditions that have helped illuminate the path before us.
