Complimentary Leadership & Business Discovery Call 30 minutes | Video Call A brief conversation to discuss your leadership, business, or organizational needs, answer questions about my approach, and determine the most appropriate next step. This call is intended for fit and scope rather than in-depth consulting.
Cancellation Policy
Payment & Scheduling Sessions with Enlighten My Senses LLC are reserved exclusively upon receipt of payment. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Once your session is confirmed, you will receive an email with your scheduled time and all necessary session details, including instructions for phone, Zoom, or in-person sessions. Appointments are not held without payment. Please review all service, intake, and cancellation policies prior to booking to ensure clarity and alignment. Cancellation Policy Your scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you. A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. No-shows are charged in full and are non-refundable. All payments are due prior to the scheduled session. Packages are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Thank you for honoring the time, energy, and preparation that go into each session.
