Payment & Cancellation Policies
Once your email and payment have been received, you will receive an email confirming your appointment time along with instructions for your session—either the phone number to call for phone sessions or directions for in-person visits at Cintra’s office. All appointments are confirmed via email. Please review all policies before submitting payment.
Your scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible so another client may be accommodated.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment, or missed sessions without notice, require full payment before future sessions can be scheduled.

Cancellations between 24–48 hours prior to the appointment will incur a $75 fee.

All future bookings may require advance payment, and rates are subject to change without notice.
