Please be informed that Cintra is a professional holistic healer, certified in multiple healing modalities. She is not a physician, psychiatrist or any other type of medical practitioner, and the healing processes offered here are not intended to be a substitute for appropriate medical treatment.

Payment Policies: When your appointment email AND payment have been received, you will be contacted by email for an appointment time. When you receive your appointment time you will be given the number to call (if you have reserved a phone appointment) or directions to Cintra's office (if you have reserved an in-person reading). All appointments are confirmed through email. Please review cancellation and all other policies prior to making payment. Cancellation Policy: Please note that sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance or failure to appear for a scheduled session does not relieve the obligation of payment in full, which will need to be paid before any future sessions can be scheduled. Additionally, future sessions will be subject to payment in advance. If cancellation is made less than 48 hours but at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment, a $75.00 cancellation charge will be applied. Rates are subject to change without notice.

The only exception to this confidentiality is if she feels the client is in danger of hurting themselves, or others, or if she receives information on the abuse of a current minor. In such cases, she is obligated by law to contact the proper authorities. Be advised that all recordings and affiliated copyrights are the property of Cintra Best. Any use other than for what the recording are intended (personal use only), is strictly prohibited.  Cintra Best also reserves the right to withhold, and stop distribution of recordings for any reason. Cintra Best maintains the right to have any recordings or copies of recordings of any service which is misused, destroyed at her request. All information from any session (group, phone or in person) is to be used as a personal memory aid by and for the client only.
